Conflicted

I have been quite conflicted by the sermon I heard on Sunday and have been trying to put my thoughts into words, but have come to a bad case of writers block.     I went to college with Kevin and I often find his blog very thought provoking. I didn't really hear the sermon on Sunday, but thanks for the link.

    I heartily agree. I wouldn't trade the fabulous public restrooms in the United States and I appreciate a couple of other things about living here, but I don't think the sentimental patriotism that a lot of Americans practice is relevant at all to the Christian faith as I understand it.
